Kinohimitsu’s Singapore design team was tasked to design the Essence of Chicken's packaging that not only stood out from the current competitors, but was able to portray a sense of familiarity at the same time. Since the formulation contains only 1 single ingredient, the product packaging design was conceptualized to evoke a sense of purity and simplicity.
Retro elements such as the font, graphic design, border design, materials chosen and the lack of any base colour convey a sense of comfort and tradition, much like the delicious meals mothers prepared at home. One final touch is the gold hot stamping which gives the collection a subtle but heightened sense of luxury. Simplicity is luxury.
