Solex International wins Product Exporter of the Year award at Asian Export Awards 2021
The Thailand-based company’s innovative locks were put in forefront.

Solex International won the Product Exporter of the Year - Security & Safety award under the Local Champion division in the recently concluded Asian Export Awards 2021 for two of its latest offerings: the Key Alike and Master Key System, and its innovative Protective Case for Padlock Bar of Roller Shutters.
The awards programme hosted by Manufacturing Asia recognises top exporters and their innovations in the region.
The Key Alike and Master Key System introduces a mechanism that requires only one key to open all locks. Each lock has a different code key which cannot open others, but the master key of the group can open all locks.
The highlight of this feature is that the Key Alike groups of locks can be opened by the Master Key of these key alike groups called KEY ALIKE IN MASTER KEY SYSTEM and Master Key groups of locks can be opened by the GRAND MASTER KEY of these master key groups called MASTER KEY IN MASTER KEY SYSTEM or GRAND MASTER KEY SYSTEM.
Its second offering was created to minimise weak points they have identified in roller shutters. The weak point of the roller shutter is the thin padlock bar which can be easily cut by thieves.
The company aims to minimise this weak point by designing a new product to protect the padlock bar, whilst at the same time making this roller shutter stronger and more secure.
The company takes pride in being able to offer products that come in a wide range of prices and takes pride in providing "you get what you pay for" products to consumers without compromising standards in offering such an affordable range.
Included in its key achievements is following new market trends. The illegal parking problem on the roadside often occurs because of too many cars for a few parking places.
The police can use the wheel lock to fine the car owner for illegal parking. The wheel lock can also be used as an anti-theft device for further security purposes.
By having an in-house laboratory, Solex International controls and checks the quality before launching products in the market. This is backed by over 40 years of lock manufacturing experience, involving continuous research and development of products.
