Single-user factories dominate Singapore's industrial stock

Single-user factories accounted for the largest share of Singapore’s industrial property stock in the first quarter, with 26.6 million square metres (sqm).
The share represents nearly half of the 54.4 million sqm total industrial space, according to the JTC Quarterly Market Report.
Multiple-user factories made up the second-largest segment at 12.7 million sqm, followed closely by warehousing space at 12.4 million sqm.
Business park space stood at 2.7 million sqm, accounting for a small portion of the overall supply.
