Armor Manufacturing expands e-bike innovation with smart components
The company is integrating AI, IoT, and cloud technology into bicycles.
Armor Manufacturing Corporation is accelerating its push into smart cycling technology, focusing on electric and traditional bicycles equipped with AI, IoT, and cloud integration.
The company showcased these advancements—including smart suspension, saddles, and frames—at the 2025 Taipei Cycle Show.
Jack Lin, President of Armor Manufacturing Corporation pointed out that inventory challenges remain a top concern. “We see particularly the high end has experienced some overstock situation, mid to lower entry level products and children bicycles are moving better.”
He also sees growing opportunities in Asia. “I see mid to lower end mountain bikes, there’s an opportunity, and children bicycles are a great product,” Lin said. “I encourage the world… to look at electric bikes… to be your day to day commute.”
