Maxxis faces inventory pressure amid product rollout

High stock levels challenge the brand’s efforts to launch new, sustainable bicycle tires.

Maxxis is navigating a tough sales environment as high inventory levels across markets slow the rollout of its new bicycle products, including its latest sustainable tire innovations.

During the Taipei Cycle 2025, Peter Hsu, Sales Representative, Bicycle Sales Dept., at Maxxis said that despite the pushback, Maxxis continues to develop eco-friendly tire solutions in response to rising ESG expectations. “We're pushing forward with sustainable innovations, using eco-friendly materials in our tires without compromising performance.” he said.
