Sinox integrate smart tech for bike security

Anti-theft features using Bluetooth and automotive-grade systems aim to meet growing demand for safer, smarter bikes.

Sinox is ramping up efforts to enhance bike security with advanced technology, responding to rising consumer demand for theft prevention—particularly in urban markets like Singapore.

“Bicycles are our kind of everyday item that we use every day, which means that security is the highest priority for our users,” Raymond Lo, Associate Sales Manager at Sinox Company Ltd. said.

The company has introduced Bluetooth-enabled locks that connect directly to the e-bike’s motor. “When we touch the icon, we can lock our bike… it will connect to your motor and stop the assist mode,” Lo said during the Taipei Cycle 2025. “When the thief takes away your bikes… they cannot ride anymore without these authorities.”

In Singapore, demand for such innovations is growing. “Day by day, you can see more and more people wanting to look for high security to keep their property safe,” he added.
