Smart Manufacturing: Redefining the best practices in a VUCA world
OVERVIEW
Catching opportunities in a VUCA (volatile, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous) world can be challenging for manufacturers. Challenges such as achieving performance targets while managing supply chain disruptions, volatile demand and supply, and reducing carbon footprint/emissions across the value chain are yet to be addressed. If done right, these opportunities can help companies stay at the forefront whilst meeting ever-changing customer expectations.
In this roundtable discussion, Manufacturing Asia, in partnership with Oracle, will discuss Smart Manufacturing to create resilient and sustainable supply chains, generate better-decision making using data analytics, and get insights into moving towards sustainable goals.
Venue: One Farrer Hotel Singapore
In this physical roundtable, we will
- Re-evaluate the meaning of ‘best’ in manufacturing
- Address how leaders can drive the organisation to reach sustainable goals
- Provide a platform to address today’s Industry 4.0’s challenges
- Uncover underlying supply chain drivers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
